The camera Man:
He has captured a young girl who is the daughter of his old friend that didn't help him years ago in his time of need. The Camera Man now seeks revenge by filming clips of the girl and sending them to the father to threaten him.
In the sequence, the Camera Man sets up his camera. He is getting ready to film the young girl.
