The conventions of a digipak:
The front panel -
- Usually an image that symbolises the artist/album
- Either the artist name/album name or both
- Will include a promotional sticker for tours, who it features, the price, if it includes explicit language - this all hugely depends on the genre of the album
- The name of the artist on the album will usually be a larger font, above album name, but both different fonts so we can see words clearly
- There is always a maximum of 2 fonts otherwise the message/theme of the album struggles to come across to the audience
The back panel -
- Will have the bar code
- List of tracks
- Perhaps more imagery
- The owners of copyright
- The logo's of record companies that helped produced ect...
Inside of Digipak -
- Includes visual design (fonts, colour, design)
- Established font of front cover continued on inner panel
